Perfect for pairing with naan, paratha, or even rice.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />-Boiled Eggs 6 <br />-Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp<br />-Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp ( haldi Powder )<br />-Red Chili Powder - 1/4 tsp ( Lal Mirch Powder )<br />-Salt - 1/4 tsp ( Namak )<br />-Cooking Oil - 1/4 cup<br />-Onion 1 cup ( Pyaz )<br />-Green Chilies - 3 to 4 ( Hari Mirch )<br />-Garlic Cloves - 10 to 12 ( Lahsun )<br />-Ginger - 2 inches ( Adrak)<br />-Cashew Nuts 2 tbsp ( Kaju )<br />-Water - 1/2 cup ( Pani )<br />-Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup ( Hara Dhania )<br />-Cooking Oil 1/4 cup<br />-Cinnamon Sticks - 2 inches ( Darchini )<br />-Green Cardamom 4 -5 ( Choti elaichi )<br />-Cloves - 4 to 5 ( Laung )<br />-Black pepper 1 tsp ( Kali Mirch )<br />-Water 1/2 cup ( pani )<br />-Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp ( Haldi Powder )<br />-Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp ( Kali Mirch )<br />-Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp (zeera powder )<br />-Garam masala Powder - 1 tsp<br />-Salt - 1 tsp ( Namak )<br />-Whisked Yogurt - 1/2 cup ( Dahi )<br />-Crushed Roasted Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tbsp ( Kasuri Methi )<br />-Fresh Cream - 1/4 cup<br />-Chopped Coriander Leaves<br /><br /><br />Direction For cooking <br /><br />-Take a frying pan add oil , add sliced onion, ginger , garlic , green chilies , cashew nuts cook until soften then add water mix it well , cover and cook until water dries then let it cool.<br />-Take a blender add this spice add fresh coriander then make a smooth paste.<br />-Prick the eggs ,prevent the eggs from bursting if they’re being fried.<br />-Take a frying pan add oil add boiled egg cook them for 2 mins on low flame then add red chili powder , turmeric powder , salt , cook for 2 -3 mins on low flame then set aside.<br />-Take a wok add oil add cinnamon stick ,green cardamom , black pepper , cloves saute for a min.<br />-Add onion coriander paste cook for 2 to 4 mins add water mix it well again cook it for 2 -3 mins.<br />-Cover & cook until oil separates.<br />-Add salt , garam masala , turmeric powder , cumin powder , black pepper powder mix it well and cook for 2 -3 mins.<br />-Add yogurt mix well cook for 2 -3 mins then add roasted fenugreek leaves mix it well.<br />-Cover and cook until oil separates.<br />-Add fresh cream mix it well cook for 2 mins.<br />-Add fried eggs cook for 2 -3 mins on medium flame , add chopped fresh coriander mix it well.<br />-Serve with roti naan or rice and enjoy.<br /><br /><br />Subscribe for more delicious recipes<br /><br />@SpiceBitebysara<br />MUSIC BY AUDIO BEATS<br /><br />#AndaKorma #AfghaniEggCurry #KormaRecipe #EggCurry #MughlaiRecipe #spicebitebysara
